Photography often plays an important role in my design work, with clients needing to show customers who they are and what they are about. I offer a photography service for clients, visiting a venue or arranging an onsite photoshoot to help them capture the essence of their business, using my eye for design. Editing is then done in Lightroom and Photoshop to achieve the best colours, compositions and images for use as needed for print or online.

“A picture paints a thousand words.”

I trained with a BA(Hons) in Art & Design, taking photography as part of the course and spending many hours in a darkroom. I spent 6 months working in a busy city photography store selling the equipment, before finding my place in the world of graphic design. I have continued to develop and hone my photography skills over the past 20+ years since, embracing the ever changing digital world we now live in.

For pleasure, I am fulfilled when out in nature with camera in hand. I love wildlife photography, finding much inspiration exploring the local and wider area where I live in East Sussex, an area full of a range amazing habitats from the south coast to the Ashdown Forest, as well as regularly re-visiting areas around East Anglia where I lived previously.
I continue to be in awe of the variety and beauty in nature that is found as the seasons develop and change, when you take the time to stop and look.
